Occupation: businessman
Date of disappearance: 06/06/2011
Place of disappearance: Bani Walid Libya
The last place it was seen: the so-called "JAHFAL Bani Walid"
Last seen Date: 08/06/2011
According to the Declaration on the Protection of all Persons from Enforced Disappearance Adopted by General Assembly resolution 47/133 of 18 December 1992. His family are kindly requesting all the Concerned agencies, the International Red Cross and the working groups of enforced disappearance and arbitrary detention of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the United Nations, to help us and work to secure his safety & release him to his family, to his homeland in the city of Bani Walid/Libya
His family are deeply concerned about his safety, moreover, we are suffering as result of disappearance, his old sick old mother & his 5 young girls are crying most of the day. No news at all since his appearance.
